About Us
SUPERIOR DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY a non profitable organization, is a non government organization (NGO) that is registered under societies Registration Act 44 of 1973 in Jabalpur located at 674, GRAH NIRMAN SAMITI, NEAR PIPE FACTORY, SWARN JAYANTY COLONY, KHAJRI ROAD CHHINDWARA and its working area is all over Madhya Pradesh.
- Organization is working for the betterment and development of M.P. and all project continuous development of rural children, women empowerment youths and other urban poor people and all backward area.
- Organization activity and conduct process research surveys, entrepreneurship program work to organize computer education program, awareness program, effectively against problem regarding health and environment safety abolition of child labor, child rights, slum area activities regarding livelihood.
- Promoting large scale sustainable agriculture development and youth self employment through vocational training, working for child labor and child rights, women welfare, provide preservation and promotion of artistic handicraft and Micro, Small and Medium Entrepreneurship.

To work towards our vision, our mission statement as follows:- SUPERIOR DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY enable local groups to generate innovative ways to improve their livelihoods, Illiterate people increase to small scale industries self employment socio-economic conditions interdisciplinary research capacity, agriculture product with incense to new technique for formers through inter disciplinary research capacity building and participatory approaches for nurturing inter personal dialogue among people of varying local and cultures Languages and knowledge systems.
In response to our newly articulated vision and mission, we have four main goals for “SUPERIOR DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY”.
- Improve the capabilities of local people for sustainable livelihoods, women empowerment, child labor and the well being of human and non-human residents.
- Generate environmentally sound and social culturally adopted knowledge for managing and conserving natural and cultural resources.
- Enhance the capacity of committed researchers and development workers for interdisciplinary research, facilitation and developing process for computer awareness program and add/joint to student of rural area. Documentation and dissemination in partnership with indigenous people.
- To improve the line agriculture activities like horticultural activity, organic farming, animal husbandry, agronomical activity, environmental activity etc.
SUPERIOR DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY believes in community based Natural Resource Management approach to reduce poverty of rural and urban marginal people. Sustainability of this approach largely depends upon the working as interface between government, industry, international agencies and the voluntary sector towards the promotion of better employment opportunities for these communities. This approach can be enriched by empowerment of the community through the self employment opportunities which can only be achieved bringing in attitudinal change, current approach in our organization to solar energy and water resource. SUPERIOR DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY has designed a regular monitoring process, innovative to new technique for formers and knowledge provide to every formers.
